At HTC Htown Clothing, every order is handled with care and made to represent the culture the right way. Please read our shipping policy before placing an order.
Processing times are usually 3–7 business days depending on order volume, product availability, and drops. During new releases, holidays, or high demand periods, processing may take longer.
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information through email or text depending on the contact information provided at checkout. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the label is created.
Domestic shipping usually takes 3–7 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, weather, holidays, or delays outside of our control.
HTC Htown Clothing is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages after they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If your package is marked delivered but cannot be found, contact the shipping carrier directly.
Please make sure all shipping information is correct before placing your order. HTC Htown Clothing is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
No cancellations or address changes can be guaranteed once an order has been placed.
All sales are final unless stated otherwise. If there is an issue with your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos if needed.
